Sorry for the late response!

My gift card code has 25 digits, and I have tried to redeem them on minecraft.net.

I didn't really know that I had to redeem it there; I just searched the internet: Redeem Minecoins. I pressed the first link, and redeemed my code. The code wasn't emailed or whatsoever, I got it as a bill from a machine in a nearby store.

In Minecraft.net, it said follow the instructions in the gift card, and the instructions on the gift card was to redeem it at mojang.com, but I didn't really mind and I searched it up. Hope to get a quick response (even though mine was late).

Unfortunately, redeemed minecoins cannot be transferred. The best option I can give is to request a refund at Xbox Support directly.

Go to: https://xbox.com/refunds → sign in to the account redeemed the minecoins → select the minecoins purchase → click Request a refund → then follow the prompts.

Then after the approval, usually it take 3 to 5 business days to process.While most requests are completed sooner, some could take up to 14 business days. But, it really depends on the processing time of your bank.

Thank you for contacting the forums. I am sorry to hear that your son didn't get his minecoins. Has your son tried signing out and signing back in with the same account which Minecraft was bought? I also found some instructions on redeeming content and minecoin,
"REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS: To redeem your Minecoin and content, you must log in to Minecraft with your Microsoft Account on the game home screen and visit in the in-game Store." If you still having issues, please

It says I have it but I never got the minecoins and I sent text to Xbox support but this is really getting to be a pain and I rlly want my minecoins. Is there another way I can redeem my minecoins, for example email?
