I should already be star rank 3 making progress to star rank 4

I have spent well over 3 hundred dollars for the month of November and I have yet to see it reflected in my rewards points or star level and I know with the purchases I made my rank should be 4 or higher so please fix this thanks

Ok so you need to put the credits in my account for those and my other purchases that completed my missions that you haven't credited to my account and update my star rewards to lvl 5 ook

(while reviewing your Rewards and purchases, I see that your November 2nd purchase did not properly update your FREEdom Rewards progress. We have escalated this issue to another team, and they are currently investigating this purchase.)

(Support will double check your star level progress, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases. )

(Thank you but you guys also screwed up for October and had to go back and fix it in November and now here is December and the same thing needs to be fixed again)

Don't even think about closing my thread before I've said my fill could you guys have a habit of trying to reply and then closing it so that the person can no longer reply to your messages and that's not how this is supposed to work

We've looked into your purchases, and your total eligible purchases since your enrollment is $837.31, which puts you at Star level 2. Your total spend in November is $148.47, including your purchase of FH3 Expansion Pass ($24.99) which was not detected by
our system. This missing purchase issue is being investigated. So excluding that purchase, your calculated November spend is $123.48. You were awarded 4800 payback Credits for your November purchases, which is 4% of $120 (since we award for every $10). We
will adjust in payback Credits for the Expansion Pass, and your VIP progress will be updated once your missing purchase comes through our system. Per our FAQ, Level 3 threshold is $900, Level 4 threshold is $1200, and Level 5 threshold is $1800. Since your
total comes to $837.31 for eligible purchases (pre-orders, gift cards, consumables excluded), you are correctly placed at Level 2.

and I should've gotten my rewards for buying stuff for the free to play games because I qualified for all the free games Rewards just like I qualify for January but still is not showing up on your end and you guys told me that this would be fixed back in
November

 

And and I have yet to receive my 15000 reward points for pre-ordering three of the available games for that mission or any of my other free to play missions for this month so please fix it

We will review your progress for your purchases from the 16th to the 26th. However, regarding your further posts:

You received Credit for your FREEdom Rewards purchases. Since you only purchases consumables for a single game in October and November, you received Credits for the FREE pass offer on October 5th and November 2nd. However, since you did not make any consumable
purchases in December, you did not complete FREEquent player, and since you did not make purchases from three different games in a month, you did not receive Credits for 1, 2, FREE.

For Games on Demand, only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. Since you did not have three eligible pre-orders during the offer period, you did not receive three punches and therefore did not complete the punch card.

Free Pass:

Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least $30 before tax on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis,
with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

-As you say, you clearly spent more than this amount on gems for the game SMITE, and were Rewarded for those purchases in November and October.

FREEquent Player:

Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits every three months by spending at least $5 before tax on add-on content for Free to Play title(s) in the Xbox Store for THREE consecutive months. The three required purchases can be made for ONE title, or for MULTIPLE titles, but
EACH purchase must be a minimum of $5 before tax and be for one title. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer runs for three months, and is currently running from January 1, 2017 at 00:00 UTC until March
31, 2017 at 23:59 UTC. If you made a qualifying purchase in January but missed February, you are unfortunately not eligible to collect the Reward.

-As mentioned previously, you did not make any free to play add-on purchases in December, so you did not complete this offer.

One-Two-FREE Punch:

-We only see purchases of Gems for the game SMITE. This is the only free to play game consumable purchases we see. Keep in mind that as stated, purchases made within a game do not qualify for this offer. Since you only spent on content for one game, you
did not qualify for this offer.

Since Game Consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, this offer was the only way to receive Credits for those purchases.

For Games on Demand, again, as stated, only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 was made in December,
before this current Games on Demand offer which started in the beginning of
January, that purchase did not award a punch for the current Games on Demand offer. Also, keep in mind that all activity takes up to 96 hours to be recognized. So "my 3 preorders I made today which qualified me for the reward" would
not yet be visible as they have not yet been processed.

To reiterate:

Your purchase of Halo Wars 2 in December did not qualify. Since the month of December is before the month of January, that purchase was made before the offer was even available. It was therefore not eligible for the current Games on Demand.
Since Halo Wars 2 was not an eligible title for the previous Games on Demand that ran from October to December, it did not qualify for that offer either.

Your purchase of Xcom 2 in September was similarly not eligible for any offers. The previous Games on Demand offer started in October.

 

Xcom 2 would have been part of your VIP rebate for September. There were no other offers it was eligible for that month.

Halo would have counted towards the Rewards Story offer, but you had to complete all 3 parts in order to receive credits. There was not an offer to receive credits just for purchasing that game in December.

From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons,
themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

This means that the only way for these purchases to receive Rewards Credits is from offers. We have stated why you only received FREE pass Credits from the FREEdom Rewards offer. Since you did not make a eligible consumable purchase in December, you did
not complete FREEquent. Since you only purchased from one game, you did not complete 1, 2, FREE.

There was a special offer in September that awarded pre-orders with MyVIP. Therefore, your purchase of Xcom 2 was awarded payback. However, there were no other offers for that purchase.

Your pre-order of Xcom 2 went toward the "A Rewards Story" offer, but that offer required the completion of three chapters. Since you did not complete all three chapters, you did not receive completion Credits from that offer.
