I sent my friend a gift and they don't want it how do I refund it

Order History page, you should be able to find the item in question, and if it is eligible for a refund request, a link should appear there. Note that refunds are given at the discretion of Xbox Support and that submitting a refund request doesn't guarantee
a refund will be given, and also note that purchases made over 14 days prior may not be eligible for a refund as per terms and conditions. For any more questions or information, please refer to the

Your friend would be the one the refund it since they bought it. If you don't want it, just don't redeem it.

The game isnt showing up in the Refund box, do i need to wait a day? or does my friend need to do it? as its their gift?
