I sent my Elite Series 2 controller in for Repair with Warranty but the MS Website hasn't...

I understand you need help about your controller that was sent for service.

Just a heads up that there are usually delays on updating the website for your order but the turn around time for controllers being serviced is actually about within 14-21 business days for you to get it back. How long has it been since you sent the controller out?

If you have a tracking number for that, have you also checked where the item is already? Thanks!

Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.

I sent my Xbox elite 2 controller for warranty repair and UPS shows it has been sent. but on the microsoft website when i check it says it has not been recieved. There is also 0 way of contacting microsoft. Could there just be a delay on updating
the repair info?

You gotta remember the current world situation

There is probably a 24-48 hour quarentine period

And it wont mark on the website until the technician has it on his workbench

So with all the other mail I get from MS why didn't I get this so I didn't have to believe I was out of warranty?

There have been many issues with the Original Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. Peeling grips, sticky "A" button, and faulty bumper buttons were among the common issues at launch. Microsoft appears to have fixed the issues with the Series 2.

If your controller is under warranty, then repairs are free. If your controller is out of warranty, then you'll be charged a repair fee.
