You can check the order status at the device tab on your Microsoft account

Sign in to your Microsoft account, and then select the device that’s associated with your service order.
Select device for service
Select Repair Order at the bottom of the page.
Review the status of your order.
Note There may be a short delay before your order appears on the page.

If your controller is out of warranty why not just put some super glue under the pads that are peeling. I agree it sucks that the pads are coming off such an expensive controller but you guys know that everything is made in China these days and that most
things made in China are crap.

I had this issue also easy fix for me was to buy the replacement grips off ebay. there cheap enough.

That’s what I though initially but it’s been 2-3 weeks and its only the hours that won’t update, all the other statistics work as normal and I haven’t had any problem with achievements.

Its elite 2 controller i sent it to Microsoft repair center under warranty its had warranty tell 2025 after it got repaired the warranty just expired how does that happen

Yep mine was the right stick. I ended up buying a new pad as I couldn't play my games, this was 2 weeks ago, I didn't update the new pad and I've had no problems whatsoever.
