    I sent my custom wireless xbox controller in for repair, it's stuck at "device is beeing...


    According to the email I've got, the controller has been sent back to my adress on the 21th September. Since then I have not gotten any updates. The estimated time is 8-10 days, now it is already 23 days later...

    I can't get anyone from the xbox support chat on the phone bcs it says "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later."

    Where is my controller? I sent my custom wireless xbox controller in for repair, it's stuck at "device is beeing... :(

    Did you ever get your controller back? I also have a custom controller but I am worried about sending it in for replacement in case I get a standard controller back rather than my customised version. These are very expensive but the wording about the replacement makes this sound like a basic controller replacement.

    Also not able to get anywhere to contact Microsoft directly (only unhelpful articles and the replacement form). It says there is no chat or phone for this issue (UK based) but it could be as it is New Year's Day.

    Warranty status after repair

    i payed £80 for a replacement elite controller which was sent to me with a broken left bumper, so i sent it off for repair all to have to sent back with a broken right thumb stick! now it just says repair complete and says its out of warrenty with no way to sent it for repair again and when i try to contact surport it says unable to call back! so im stuck with a controller with bad stick drift i payed £80 for. they really need to sort out there customer sevice.

    If the controller works via Bluetooth or USB to other devices, then it can only be a wireless controller card in the console that is faulty and will need to be sent off for repair.

    Is the Wi-Fi working? I believe these are on the same circuit board.
