    Its normal though. I just got back my Elite s2 as well. In your order status where it says item received, theres a note that says your item may not show as received. I never saw that box filled until they sent me an email that it was on the way. If your
    tracking number says it was delivered, then it was because they have to sign for it. Anyway, call 1-877-696-7786 if you stil need a piece of mind.

    Yes mate, mine was sent on the 24th Oct and I think it turned up about Sat 1st. It was delivered by my normal postie in a Jiffy bag no tracking etc sent to me either.

    I have the extended warranty thingy so don't know whether that made any difference to the process.

    believe it. I sent mine in about a week ago to McAllen TX Microsoft repair center after calling and setting up a repair order. my tracking from ups sais delivered 2 days ago, but on the xbox support site it sais it hasn't been delivered yet. It has me a little
