I see enforcement on xbox but on the current enforcement its not there

As what you are dessribing isnt a rewards issue but an enforcement issue and no rewards doesnt deal with enforcemrent nor will they ever have information on enforcement

The only console ban that exists is on the 360 console. That being said, according to enforcement, all console bans are final. However, you can always try the below suggestion and see if it still applies to your current situation. Good luck!

on it and fill out the form requesting that Enforcement review your current situation. Keep in mind, not all enforcement actions warrant a review as it is at enforcements discretion but, you might be in luck. This is the ONLY way to get an enforcement action
overturned.
