    I see a black picture after loading is finished on my XBOX ONE S console , and its not a cable_connecting problem , What shoud I do? I dont access to nothin in the cosole except "The X holding window" I'll be so thankful if you can help

    Sorry to hear about your issue with your Xbox console. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    The 360 and One use different gamer pictures.

    On Xbox.com, Xbox 360, Windows Phone and Windows 8, everyone sees your 360 picture.

    On Xbox One and in Xbox One SmartGlass they see your Xbox One picture (or a very small version of your 360 picture if you do not change after the transition). On Xbox One there are currently only the default images that were pre-loaded on the system, as
    far as I am aware.

    If the picture you are referring to is the silver horse on black background, it is still visible everywhere except on the One.
