I saw on wsop full house pro bout a marketplace shutdown

I was playing wsop full house pro last night and saw that the game was gonna be closed on march 14 2015 due to the marketplace shut down why Is it shutting down on that day please let me know

is truly closing that day, i would think Microsoft would make an announcement closer to that date.
