I saw an offer for Madden 18 GOAT edition for 50% off ($30) in game and on loading screen ads.

I saw an offer in my Madden 17 game that said “Be The GOAT” and get Madden 18 Goat edition 50% off. The offer said it was available until 12/2. I spoke with EA and Microsoft support and they were absolutely no help whatsoever. All anyone can ask for is a
screenshot which I do not have. How would I have know to take a screen shot of an offer that was available I’ll 12/2, I didn’t know know the deal would disappear. So anyways, the support team recommended I post something here bout the offer disappearing saying
you were the ones that could help me get the promotion. I am livid that I have spent 3 hours getting nowhere for an offer that was supposed to be to available.

There is an offer on my dashboard to Go Gold now for 50% off Madden 18. I clicked the offer and purchased a 12 month gold subscription. I see no way to get Madden 18 at 50% off. Can anyone help?
