Update :

in profile and system menu when i choice + add new it should lead me to title screen to entering my email and password but , after 2 second it will show the black screen and it moves to xbox dashboard . its almost 1 day i cant play with my xbox because after
i did reset but keep my games and app now i dont have any account on my console and even i cant play offline .

I'm playing non dedicated server with a friend on series X and suddenly same thing happens, when I invite him to my non dedicated server he accept but nothing happens. We tried both removing account from console/restart console but still he cant join my game anymore

Go to Full Library in your Games and Apps and it should be listed as Ready to Install and you can re-install it from there.

In such cases, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

First, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps
