Guys, i have the same problem. I tried the solution with downloading my profile, but even if i am connected to a wi-fi when i try to download the profile it says '' can't connect to xbox live '' when im testing the connection it puts a red X between the
wi-fi spot and the internet. Even when i try with another wi-fi the same problem appears. Im getting very angry because i have only few days of Xbox Live Gold left and i cant connect to xbox live from 1 week because of that error. I've also tried with reseting
