Hello Mateus, I hope you're having a good day. I was wondering if you could help me with one more thing. I attempted everything you told me to do and it unfortunately didnt work. But, somehow it just turned on, I left it on and the TV finally displayed something. This told me I could either restart or if I wanted to troubleshoot. I tried to troubleshoot but it went back to the same state it was in before this happen. But, it gave me an error code. E106 00000002 8007045D , do you know what this means, thank you again sir, have a good day!

If your console is out of warranty, you could fix it with Microsoft itself, as they offer support for out-of-warranty products, but you would need to pay a fee. You may be checking out this information at the link below.

First, welcome to the Xbox community, and we're sorry you're having this issue. Given the problem you reported, I'm afraid it's a hardware and not a software issue. Anyway, I suggest you try the solutions below if possible.

Try testing your console on another TV or Monitor if possible

Change the HDMI port your console is connected to the tv and also the console itself

Try plugging the console directly into the power outlet, without using a line filter

Try testing the console on another power outlet

- If none of the above tips solves the problem, try the solution below.

1. Turn off Xbox One.

2. Unplug power.

3. Plug the power back to Xbox One 30 seconds later.

4. Press and hold Bind and Eject at the same time (don't release).

5. Press and release the Power button, and then you will hear the startup chime.

6. When you hear the second startup chime, you can release the bind and eject buttons.

7. Select Reset this Xbox on the screen.

8. Select Keep games and apps.

- If none of this solves the problem, I'm afraid it's a hardware problem, which would require a repair or replacement of the device.
