    Why can’t I play my downloaded games offline on my home Xbox?

    I tried the reset where I kept my hands and apps. I also tried soft reseting by holding the power button for a bit then unplugging. I’m concerned as I don’t want to lose all of my game data and progress. Doesn’t the factory reset delete all of that?

    I had a similar issue with the last Mortal Kombat with the DLC. I ended up having to delete all of the content and download it again. I kept the save file to keep my progress but the clean slate did the trick.
