I reset my Xbox but kept all apps, last I checked it’s supposed to save the progress of them but for me it just kept my apps but I lost everything on them. Is there a way I can fix that?

    Hello Amiyah.
My name is Ezequiel. I'm an Independent Consultant and I'm happy to help you today. You can get the saves you have in the cloud, for that you need to download the game again and when you enter the game you need to be connected to be able to use the save from the cloud, after that the save will also be transferred to your console. If I have any questions please get back to me, have a great night.

Why can’t I play my downloaded games offline on my home Xbox?

I tried the reset where I kept my hands and apps. I also tried soft reseting by holding the power button for a bit then unplugging. I’m concerned as I don’t want to lose all of my game data and progress. Doesn’t the factory reset delete all of that?

I had a similar issue with the last Mortal Kombat with the DLC. I ended up having to delete all of the content and download it again. I kept the save file to keep my progress but the clean slate did the trick.
