I reset my xbox and when I went to log back in it did not keep my gamertag nor my games and...

Did a hard reset and it fixed the issue BUT, the issue keeps reoccuring. Today I was playing The Elder Scrolls online when the screen went black and eventually my home screen popped back in. I could not log back into TESO due to 'an unexpected internal error.'

We understand that you are trying to get back to your account by signing into newly reset Xbox. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

Since this is related to Microsoft account, we highly recommend you use a browser and test your credentials first.

Go to this link (click here) and login to your account.

Make sure you are using the correct credentials.

While you are at it, please secure your account on the security tab > advanced security.

If you were able to access your account on a browser, go back to your Xbox and login to the same credentials.

If issue persist, try to use another browser and log back into your account to check your credentials.

Make sure you manually type in your credentials to know you can do the same on Xbox.

I removed all my accounts, factory reset my xbox, went back on my friends account and it said home xbox, so I logged back on mine and all my games are in the ready to install list.

No it is not a region based issue, as I KEEP trying to say.

I did another test, Using a UK IP on my computer I signed up to a free UK Email hoster, I then went to Xbox.com using my UK IP and my UK Email address and created a UK Xbox Live Gamertag, I then went to my 360 console, downloaded the new UK gamertag to the
console, I then logged into my Xbox live account and added the new UK gamertag to my family, it worked perfectly, so again THE PROBLEM IS NOT A REGIONAL ONE, thank you.
