    I reset my x box but it says i have no x box live subscription even though mine does not expire until later in the year what do i do

    The subscription is tied to your Microsoft account. Sign into Xbox One using your Microsoft account and it will appear.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on getting your subscription in order. I can totally understand how this could be a distressing thing to experience for anyone. The thing is, if you had not changed the account at all, a reset of the account
    would have no affect on your subscription. If you are signing in and it's not showing up, it would only mean that the wrong account information was entered after the reset.

    If it's not showing up, then I would
    contact support     for more account specific assistance.

    Sign into your Microsoft account online first and under the subscriptions tab confirm that you do indeed have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    Correct, the live subscription is linked to your account and not to the console. You can also check you Microsoft account in https://account.microsoft.com/services/ to
    confirm your subscription status.
