I reset my PC and lost MSFS 2020. How can I get a replacement download?

Have you double check your library?

Also are you completely sure you are logged in with the same account you got the game with?

Sign in to the Xbox app with the Microsoft account that owns the content. Select the My Library tab, and then select Games. Review the content that's listed under your account.

After some update (?) I have lost access to Xbox on my PC. All I get is a white screen with no way out except to shut it.

I wish to have access to my MSFS 2020, which I bought, and as I say, it has all disappeared from my PC...

I can also confirm this worked for me on PC. I downloaded the XBOX app via the store.

Then, in store, clicked the three dots.

Then "downloads and updates" and sure enough there was an update for MSFS 2020 1.19.9.0. This was 507.0MB.

I then started MSFS 2020 which went to its own install manager and showed me the "Standard Content" mandatory update which was 108.12MB. The total download, however, was 3.19GB.

I then downloaded all available updates in content manager.

Once all this was complete I quit to desktop and restarted MSFS 2020 without issue.

I think it's VERY strange to need to install the XBOX app for any updates to show in the PC's Microsoft store!!

Maybe it will be a better idea to purchase a new PC as it will be difficult to remove the mother board and all its contents to a bigger case. If I do that (get another PC) can I re-download MSFS 2020 again? Am I allowed to do so? Or onther idea is to get
an external GPU (if you can find one)
