    I require help installing a game.


    The game in question is "Sea of Thieves" and Purchased it from the Microsoft store and have since played it for many years, recently I uninstalled it to rearrange my folder storage and now it fails to install.

    I can select the install feature and the downloading supposedly starts however after 20 minutes my download speed continues to be "0b/s" and has downloaded 0%

    I have restarted my pc, I have tried updating my Xbox app and my computer, I have tried cancelling and restarting the download process, I have checked my ethernet and have plenty of internet connection, I have tried installing in other computer folders, I have tried downloading directly from the Microsoft Store.

    Xbox freezing on splash menu.

    Removing the HDD is known to solve freezing problems with games that require to be installed. Troobleshooting helps at these cases.

    Disc still reading when installed?

    Try reinstalling the game, may help. If not, install the game to a secondary HDD, if not, it maybe a glitch and might require a Patch to fix.

    I dont see why people want me to install the game to my xbox my problem is not the game its the cd tray by installing the game to my xbox still requires the disc to be in the try in order to play the game so there is no point in doing that i would love some
