    I requested two refunds 11 days ago.


    I requested two refunds 11 days ago. One was approved on the 10th and the other was approved on the 13th. I haven't got a confirmation email or anything regarding it I'm my email at all. Not I'm spam either. I haven't got the refund either. What do I do??

    Why have I not received my refund yet?

    I have asked for a refund several days ago and its almost been two full weeks of not getting a refund!!

    There should be no hold up on the refund since it was an accidental purchase made by my son, please revert and refund the payment that has been approved several weeks ago
    So im confused. Did you request the refund several days ago or 2 weeks ago? Just asking since you mention both several days and 2 weeks so a little contradictory.
