I requested a refund on something I never received and my refund request was denied

I recently purchased 2,150 apex coins on the 2nd of November and the coins were never added to my account, I have reset my account and the console itself multiple times and still nothing was on my account, I spoke to someone at Microsoft and I was told to wait 48 hours and if the coins were not added to my account then to reach out again, I went ahead and requested a refund and almost instantly my request was denied, considering I never received the coins and lose my money and do not gain Anything I find this unfair and would like my case to be reviewed

I have no email saying the request was denied, I only have one saying the refund case was closed?

You can appeal the refund decision by replying the email you got from Microsoft with refund decision. Keep if brief and explain why you should get the refund and they'll take a second look.

On the support Xbox website it shows that the apex coins I requested a refund for have been denied, I have had no email confirming this but I am disappointed because I’ve received nothing and lost my money
