If your refund has been denied and the game was still removed from your account, please reply to the email you received regarding the refund rejection. In your response, provide detailed explanations of why you believe they should reconsider their decision and accept your refund request. Additionally, explain that despite the refund being denied, the game was removed from your account. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and reconnect with the team that initially handled your refund request.

In case you haven't received any email informing you of the refund rejection even after 24 hours, and after checking your spam/junk email folder, then I recommend reapplying for the refund using this alternative link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it as I mentioned before.

The developers did not allow party chat for a good reason. The Souls series has a reputation of being some of the hardest games ever. Party chat in Dark Souls would have allowed other players to help each other too much. Now that Dark Souls 2 is out,
Dark Souls 1 is no longer a surprise or challenge anymore; however, From Software has more important matters, such as Dark Souls 2 patches and DLC. Forget about allowing party chat in Dark Souls 1 and let's concentrate on something more important that would
improve the game, like dealing with modders/hackers.

I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.

As the title says, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 11 days ago and have yet to receive my code for Dark souls 1.

I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

I appreciate your help in resolving this matter!

New development: minor bug regarding Witcher 3 tile on dashboard. No matter what game I play, Dark Souls 2 is in the central tile location. Seems the Witcher 3 tile is topping Dark Souls from effectively moving down the queue.
