i requested a refund but i didnt get the refund

I requested a refund for a few packs on destiny 2, They got approved it says refunded but i havent got any money back,

How long ago was it approved? If you originally paid by a debit/credit card then it usually takes 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after the refund is approved before youd actually see the balance back to your bank account.

Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

Hello Oskayra, i have tried to fix the issue based on what you suggested but i didnt get any emails that weas confirming the fact that my refund request got denied also yes the refund request was sent on the same day as the purchase

Its from fortnite and i didnt request a refund for the items
