    I had requested a refund on 1/10/24 and I haven’t received it yet. I want to know why I haven’t gotten it yet something like has never occurred before! It was also accepted

    There has been issues with the refund software, hence why your refund has not come through yet. Refunds will be given once the issues have been fixed.

    Haven’t received a follow up email of the result of the request for my refund request yet however I did receive the thanks for contacting email confirming the request has gone through. How long will it take for an answer?

    Hi Gerardo, I haven’t received the rejection email or any email at all regarding the refund but instead, that information of the rejection is on the refund status. I have been advised to wait on it as it usually takes 48 hrs to respond? I would have thought I would receive an automated acknowledgment of the request via email?.

    Hi, it’s been several days now and almost 3-4 weeks so I requested a refund and I still haven’t had my money back. I also still haven’t received an email back from the refund email I got sent a while back, at this point I can’t see myself ever getting the money back. Is there nothing else I can do to contact Xbox/ea?
