Epilogue:

I got my refund today (Tuesday the 26th) for the Xbox One. My system was due to be delivered back to M$ today and I got my refund before they received the package back. Funny thing, the Indian customer care rep never told me to set a return to sender, or
if M$ was going to handle getting the package back on their end. Crazy! When I logged into my UPS account, it still showed my package set for a second delivery. It would have been funny if I got the refund and the package. But I'm glad I took initiative and
handled things the right way and set up a return to sender.

Now I have my money back to buy something this Black Friday. I may go with PS4 after all this mess. I might not get either.

i wasnt able to do the refund online and whenni contacted support i got a complete run around saying they couldnt do it.... i own a oneX and it crashes my system repeatedly if customer support can't do the refund over the phone that is [removed by mod]
the game does not work PERIOD
