    I requested a deposit for my rewards and it said I would get it yesterday but it still not ...


    Last month i requested a deposit for my reward points and it said i would get them on the 12th this month and i didnt get them and they didnt arrive today and i was wondering when i will get my reward points?

    Rewards Credits won't deposit

    I requested a deposit for my rewards credits about a week before the deposit date (today) but yesterday, I once again had the option to request a deposit for a different date (12th of February). I requested another deposit and the points weren't added to
    my account today. Did I break something by requesting another deposit? And is there a way to fix it?

    Account needs updating to make a deposit

    Okay so I have been trying to deposit my rewards credits for the past month and a half now. The first time i requested to deposit them it gave me the date that they would be deposited. When the day comes, I see that the credits were not deposited into my
    account. I go back on the website to see that not only have the credits not been deposited into my account but that it's given me the option to deposit early like the first time, as if I never even requested to deposit them into the first place. I requested
    to deposit them a second them. Waited for the date it gave me. The day comes and still no credits in my account. I go back on the website and it just say this message, "Account needs updating to make a deposit!" My personal account said UK so I switched it
    to IE (Ireland). I go back on the website and it still says I need to update my account. Someone please help me ASAP. Thank you.

    There was not a deposit scheduled for yesterday. If you requested a deposit before yesterday, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 15th.

    Oddly enough, I now see that I just got a deposit yesterday, the first in a long time. But my rewards dashboard still says there is trouble making a deposit.

    Not getting my pending rewards

    Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you got the 10,000 credits on the 13th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
    are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
    Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.

    Microsoft Rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? They are 2 different programs so the points/credits work differently.

    If this is for the Xbox Rewards program, you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. The request deposit button would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site and the credits will be deposited on the date
    listed on the site at the time that you make the request. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you reach 5,000 pending. So if you get to
    5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Are you sure those are Xbox Rewards credits? It's not possible to have an odd amount like that. Anyway, credits are scheduled for deposit when you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you have over 1,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section
    of the site and they would be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
    Yes I'm sure its in the My rewards page under pending credits. And there is no option to request for a deposit.
