I requested 3 refunds on 1/8/24 and all were approved and I’ve still not received my refund

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your refund request.

There was a refund delay issue last month and a lot of gamers were complaining about the problem. This also applies to Microsoft balance/Xbox gift card credits as the payment method.

Usually, it will take 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and due to the ongoing refund delay) to have the refunded amount reflected on your payment method.

Since you still haven't received your refund, you may contact your payment provider/bank for a follow-up with your refund request.

The refund request was approved on 1/13/24 and still hasn't been processed. I have already spoke to Xbox support and all they did was resend the refund request in again and approved it, but I still didn't receive my money back

Has the refund request been approved yet? It can typically take 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund after the refund was approved.

When we request refunds, it takes up to 24 hours to receive a decision.

Once you receive the decision, IF the refund is approved, you'll simply respond directly to the decision email and let them know you want to cancel that request.

If you/your friend just filled out the refund request form, it can take time to be approved and 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund after it is approved.
