    My Gamerscore cut down

    Sounds like you are suffering from the same glitch I've had.

    I'm in the Insider program & this happened to me 6 times,always after an update.

    It was reported every time but still not fixed.

    It should just correct itself but mine hasn't after the last update I got 4 days ago.

    Well, I hope it is fixed soon. In the last 4 days, I have met up with MANY of the same players that I have AVOIDED/REPORTED. They are still playing, still using the clan tag "glitch". I don't think ANYTHING to do with this game is working!!!

    Xbox series x controller disconnecting (latest firmware)

    I reported an issue almost 4 months ago here and also from my console. This post created more than 1!!! year ago and it's still not fixed. I thought I bought a working console. Also there is purchased Game Pass that expires every day.

    If you can't fix this issue then replace people's consoles with working ones or return money.

    Achievements missing

    This problem is going on for 4 straight days now and the servers are up and down and up and down...

    over at trueachievements.com are even more reports.

    I have not been able to unlock even story based achievements.

    sometimes the list appears with games I completed a week ago with 0/1000 (0%) or the whole list disappeared.

    I tried to report this problem to MS, but seems like they don't care as no single info regarding this issue has been provided. (reported 4 times now)
