    I repeatedly get “ Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again...


    I repeatedly get “ Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox live” for a second user on my new Xbox S series. This happens when we try to start a game llike COD Black Ops. We go back and delete the profile and download it again but this message appears every time we try to log that user in to Xbox Live or COD. HELP.

    Thank you for responding. No, no error code. Its just a screen that pops up.

    the top section of the screen is a grey banner with a red circle and a white x in it, then my sons tagname. Then there is a large central white section which has the message in it. Then there is a green banner at the bottom with OK in it. Then there are
    two options below a green circle with A Select and a red circle with B Back.

    Didnt work at all still says the same thing... im trying to play halo with a friend on the same xbox and it wont let me sign in but other games work
