I rented The Predator back in December and never received my promotional avatar item.

Have you checked your messages on the console to see if you have a message from Live there?

As Parity noted, no on in the forums will be able to assist unfortunately. Support agents would be the only ones who can find out what is going on with the code, or if there is a delay in sending it out.

Thank you for coming to the forums today. I'd be happy to try and help.

There is no indication that the Spyro companion prop will be included in the Avatar store since it looks like it is a promotional bonus item so those usually don't end up being available to purchase after the promotion is done. They try to keep it exclusive
to the promotion to incentivize pre-ordering of the game or purchasing the game during the promotion window.

The description for the
game online is as follows: "Pre-Order or Purchase the Spyro Reignited Trilogy by December 1st and receive a bonus*: Spyro Companion - Xbox One Avatar Prop *Item will be available 7-10 days after the promotion’s end. Promotion ends 12/2/18 at Midnight PST."

So if you preordered the game or just recently purchased it, you should still be eligible to receive the promotion via code to your Xbox Live Message Center 7-10 business days after the promotion ends so you still got some time to wait before you receive
the code to redeem for the Spyro companion avatar prop.
