    I renewed my Xbox Live but i still cannot play online


    I paid for 3 months of Xbox Live and it shows that the money was taken out of my account but when i go to play games online it directs me to the “Join Xbox Live Gold” screen and payment options for Xbox Live.Any suggestions on how to fix this.

    Gold but no perks

    I renewed my Xbox Live Gold but I can't play online, get in parties, but I can still get free games from the store with Gold perks.

    Hi

    I believe there has been an Xbox Live issue in the last 24 hours that may have been affecting you. It looks like this issue has now been resolved can you please try again to see if you are now able to play online.

    If you are not able to play online can you please try restarting the console by pressing the Xbox button on the controller selecting the system tab then use the option to restart the console. After restarting the console if you are still not able to play
    online can you next try removing your profile from the console then restart the console and re load your profile.

    Well the thing that makes it weird is that i could still play online, but without live gold. There arent any other accounts on my xbox, and it didnt auto-renew the subscription.

    Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???
