    Hello,

    I have renewed my game pass subscription, but xbox app keep redirecting me to my billing page.

    Everything is fine with my payment and billing page says that my subscription is fine.

    What can I do ?

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

    Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    The issue was for the game pass PC.

    I've found a solution . I have two account on my windows account settings, seems that xbox PC required to use my game pass account as my main account.

    Thank for your help anyway.

    Keep in mind that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass Console and Game Pass PC. So when your GP Ultimate subscription renews, that will keep you playing online. You'll be fine as long as that subscription payment goes through without
    issue.

    I am having the exact same issue! Just renewed and upgraded to XBox Game Pass Ultimate, the phone app works fine, hell I can even use Cloud play. But on my PC, the XBox App doe not recognize my Game Pass subscription. I hope we will be reimbursed for the
    lost time once the issue is fixed.
