I removed myself from my family, but it still wont let me play minecraft multiplayer on java

Remove the account from the family won't change the account from being a child account, Child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

I cannot remove myself from expired family pack. I want to be out of the family but it wont let me remove my self it says "action cannot be completed at this time" Any ideas?

When I removed myself from the family and added myself back in because I thought that it was the problem, I was changed into an adult but I still have the same problem with not being able to play multiplayer.

I could not do what you wanted me to do because I removed myself from the family and added myself back in before I made this discussion because I thought it would fix my problem but even though I was changed into an adult I was still not able to play on
multiplayer with my cousin.

Hi Joel,

This sadly didn't work. I created a new account and invited myself to a family. Using the parent account, I changed all the settings on the page from the first link to "allow" or "all". It still showed up as multiplayer disabled.

If it helps, I'm using Minecraft Java 1.21 for MacOS
