Hi, i remember joining this program awhile ago, but nothing I have done since 2013 has been accounted for. Granted I forgot this program existed, but that was also due to its limited capacity at the initial time i signed up. I have no where near the points
I should have when my purchases are taken into account as well, and Gold membership renewals are not on there as well.

Not recieve rewards points.

So ive done a few of the my missions in rewards but yet for some reason it has not added. Bought for honor got achievements for it. Preorder a game. But yet nothing has been added. Whats happening?

ive been a member of the rewards system since 2013 ive only received 2500 but even them have not been given to me even though I press button. I am owed over 4 years of Xbox live rewards ,plus in game purchases and aceivement points .i rang

Hello THINGSGOBOOM96,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Our next
recalibration for MyVIP will occur at the end of this year.

Nothing has changed as far as how long it takes for credits to be deposited. It's been that way since the program added a 2nd deposit date in 2013.

I understand, but there is nothing that can be done especially since it already has been 4 years since the situation.

Suspensions can only be dealt with by the Enforcement team and they can only be contacted through the appeal, so here we cannot do anything about this.
