I refunded things that I didn’t buy on my Xbox and they got denied

Mate, you can only refund items you actually purchased.

If it was denied, it means that the deadline for requesting a refund has passed, or the item has already been used. That way the product is not within the terms of the refund.

Hi I didn’t get any email after my refund was denied. My purchase is available for refund but it’s not letting me because I tried refunding stuff that’s not eligible.

I ran into a similar situation where I was trying to buy In-Game credits for Rocket League so I could buy the Season Pass. When I went to purchase a simple 1100 credits (which costed me $10.81) I got the same error message.

When I saw it say “Try again in a little bit.” naturally I assumed my purchase didn’t go through. I tried it again 3 more times with the same error message. Then suddenly I’m getting emails about all 4 attempts actually going through with the purchases. I only needed 1 of these purchases to go through, not 4.

I tried to get a refund for the other 3 purchases, but they were denied, despite giving me the option to request them for a refund. I’m now out of $30.00+ I didn’t mean to spend because of a faulty error message I got from the store, and I can’t even get my money back!

The reason for the denied refunds was because I can only submit a certain number of refund requests per year, but this was the first time I ever submitted a refund request this whole year!

I’ve been trying to email Xbox about this issue and I’ve gotten no reply! All I want is my $30.00+ back. I didn’t even use the credits those unwanted purchases got me.

Please is there any way I can get this refund approved and my money back?

Same thing just happened to me, refund denied they stole my money and I got nothing what bs.
