I refunded Minecraft but I did not recieve my money and it's over a month it's frustrating

Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used, but a month is too much, something must have gone wrong.

They said they can’t refund as they are 3rd party. And that I should get in contact with Minecraft

Well unfortunately i personally doubt Minecraft is going to refund you since they havent actually recieved any money directly from you yet. The store did receive money from you however.

You might just have to end up selling the cards to someone who can use them.

I have the same problem, haven't recieved my refund. I did make my project spark purchases within the proper timeline for the refund.

WHY DID I PAY MONEY NOW TO PRE ORDER THIS GAME TO FIND i CANNOT RECIEVE THE PROMOTION CONTENT

DOES THIS MEAN THAT ANYBODY WHO ACTUALLY LIVES IN THE UK WOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

ALSO MY ACCOUNT ON MY XBOX IS UK SAME AS MY BILLING ACCOUNT

VERY FRUSTRATED
