Sometimes it can take a few days for the money to go through. Wait a few days, if the refund hasn't gone through by then, contact Xbox Support, and they should be able to help you.

Does anyone have a solution? I just bought this yesterday and can't even get into the game. Just closed immediately on start up. I've went ahead and already requested a refund.

The refunds can take time to come through, once requested and approved, they should not be spent.

If your refund request is approved/refunded, check your bank balance from time to time. Please note that if it says approved/refunded on your request status does not mean the refunded amount will reflect immediately. It will take days before it will be reflected in your card balance since it depends on your bank when it will be completely transferred.
