    I made a refunded for a game and it got approved but they money haven’t gotten into my account yet and it said it’s already been refunded

    Please confirm on your order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ the status of your order. If it says refunded, rest assured that you're going to get it back. Generally, it could take 3 to 5 business days but it could take longer than that depending on your bank's policy. Might as well check it with your bank.

    So you wait your 5-7 business days and depending on your bank however long for them to proccess ir

    Some will take next billing cycle or it came and you missed it

    PayPal or prepaid cards can take longer only thing that's instant is ms account balance
