I redeemed the Xbox rewards to the wrong account, what can I do?

Alright so I recently got a new Xbox and with it came some rewards for various types games. However logging on I realized I had transferred all of the rewards to my alt account and would much rather then be on my main account. Is there anyway I can try and fix this problem. Please let me know what I can do, thank you.

So I earned 2,914 points today and went to go redeem them for a $3 gift card. Every time I try and redeem I get the usual error message. I've read other questions and responses about checking the actual website or try it on the console. I tried
redeeming on my Xbox, chrome, and Microsoft Edge and still got the error message. is there really something wrong with my account. whats going on?

I assume this is related to Microsoft Rewards points, in which case you'd need to contact Microsoft Rewards Support. You can do so by going to: this link

Sign in at that Microsoft Rewards page, and if you scroll down you'll see a link for "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support", fingers crossed they can help you resolve this issue.
