I redeemed the perks code that was given to me through rewards, but got an error tab

If you got a code through Microsoft Rewards but never redeemed it successfully, then I would suggest contacting Rewards Support https://rewards.bing.com/support

I have this issue as well, I redeemed the code I got from my perks tab in game pass and it only managed to install the high roller pack. It keeps telling me to buy the deluxe upgrade even though I should already have it with that code redeemed.

I clicked on the "REWARDS" tab on the top of the screen and it took me to a different page with a "pending" Xbox 360 button on the bottom. I clicked on the box (it was grey) and immediately got my code. Don't know if this will help or not?

The rewards themselves are given "in game" about an hour or so into the campaign.

I set my goal to the Roblox Digital Card—800 Robux and completed the necessary 12,000 points.

On the Xbox app there is no button to redeem it or link. It doesnt provide me a code in the given information, just legal terms.

for the line with the roblox order, pick on [resend] to send the code to your email again, or [get code] to display it in the browser

I got mine on Friday, it was messaged to me directly on xbox. Check your communication tab and go to the bottom where it says "Messages from Xbox Live". There was a message in there with a link to redeem a code, I was only rewarded a $5 gift card to Microsoft
even though it was supposed to be $10.
