    I downloaded the game, updated it, redeemed the deluxe code for the DLC, but nothing happened! I don't have my sword or skin! I thought it would appear later in the game and I threw away the code sheet that came with the game! I know the it worked when I
    redeemed the code into my account. Someone help me, please!

    Hi, I recently redeemed FIFA 16 Deluxe Edition Content on 09/24/15 but I accidently redeemed code onto wrong account Which was McFc L3GENDZ.

    Redeemed code but did not receive content

    I purchased Battlefield 1 Deluxe Edition and redeemed my code for additional content last night but did not receive the items. When I attempted to redeem the code today (just in case I had not done it properly), live.xbox.com indicated that the code was
    already redeemed. When I go to battle packs, it says I have no unopened battle packs. Is there somewhere I else I should look for my content? Thank you.

    After redeeming the code you couldn't download only the deluxe edition content or is it the entire game and the deluxe edition content?

    Have you tried looking for the game on your Xbox store and trying to download the game/content from the store?

    Redeeming the code and downloading the content are two different steps. Once you redeem the code the DLC is yours, and you can then download it when and where you can by going to your Download History.

    No you cannot carry anything over. Enter the Uplay code via the Redeem Code (Guide Button, Scroll Left) and the Exclusive Content is redeemed via Downloadable Content option on Main Menu.

    Where did you try to redeem the code?

    I think you have to redeem the code in game. There should be an option on the main menu that says additional content and it lets you redeem the code there.
