Really EA is outdoing itself in errors in this Madden 2024, starting with the pre-sale errors and now errors in the coins really is a serious problem, but if EA support can't solve it, we won't be able to help you either, because here In the forum we are people just like you and we don't have access to this kind of internal information, EA should be able to refund coins to you on your current game platform.

They expire 90 days after you redeem them. If you just keep earning points and do not redeem the gift cards yet, the points don't expire. So don't redeem the codes until you're ready.

I got an achievement in Madden 25 for creating a Madden Ultimate Team. It shows that the achievement is unlocked when I go to view them and it shows the date I received it. But, my progress for that game shows 0 unlocked and 0 points. Tried reinstalling
the game, no luck. Really frustrating...

I m schizophrenic and bipolar. I spent $500 on madden 20 and $300 on madden 22 MUT. I thought it was madden 22 not madden 20 hence why I spent so much on a 4 year old game. It wasn’t fraud. I paid for it. And I didn’t realize it was madden 20 until after I made the purchases. All I am asking for is a refund on my madden points if you can somehow transfer the points that I spent on madden 20 and put them in my madden 22 account, since they cost the exact same and I don’t play madden 20. I spent 60,000 points on madden 20 within the last 3 weeks but I haven’t even played a single game since I found out it was released in 2019.

I click buy points and nothing responds. I can’t even press a to buy the points. Thats the error I’m having. When I try to buy points just nothing happens.
