    I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.


    The title is pretty self-explanatory, I earned enough points to redeem a 1 month code of the Xbox Game Pass, I then sent an e-mail ticket to the "Microsoft Rewards Center." The e-mail was just an automated response stating that:

    "This is Mark of Microsoft Rewards Customer Support and I will be assisting you with the Service Request 1428183640.



    We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Xbox Game Pass code. Upon reviewing the information, we determined that the issue can be best handled by the Microsoft Xbox Team. You may contact them by visiting their website at: Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support or
    call them through the phone number 1-800-469-9269.

    I simply copied the e-mail and pasted it above. I then did as the e-mail stated and contacted the Xbox team (Even though they have absolutely nothing to do with the Xbox/Microsoft Rewards Program.) I then spoke to several individuals at Xbox for roughly 2 hours
    over the phone until they sadly could not do anything to assist me with this issue.

    The Xbox Team then recommended that I resubmit another ticket to the "Microsoft Rewards Center." I did just that and then received the exact same e-mail that I copied and pasted above; however, this e-mail had been sent Sincerely from "Marco" instead of Mark.

    Basically both departments continue to inform me that I need to speak with the opposite group in-order to receive my product.

    Since I continue to be bounced around different departments, the Xbox Support Team recommended that I create this Forum.

    Hopefully my issue will be resolved because I truly love using the Bing/Xbox/Microsoft Rewards Program because it allows me to save money and enjoy other products that I otherwise would not be able to use.

    Trouble with Groove prepaid code

    Hello,

    I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards Points to get 3 months of Groove music and 1 month of Groove music a few months ago. I tried to redeem them today and it stated they were expired. Can I please get a refund of my points or get Xbox live instead. I know Microsoft
    is sending out emails to people who redeemed for Grooves passes, but I did mine a while ago so I might not get it. Here's a case number for more reference 1401577157

    I redeemed 6800 points for 1 free month of xbox live on 9/5/2018 and I never received my e-mail with the code. I have done this many times before and never had any problems. where did my 6800 points go and why did I not get the code?

    The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Confused how '1- Month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate- Auto Redeem' works.

    This leads me to believe I need to purchase a standard non-auto-redeem 1 Month Game Pass Ultimate subscription (for 12,000 MS Rewards Points) AND THEN on April 1, and the months following, my 10,500 MS Rewards Points a month Auto Redeem will register.
    Pretty much this. You've turned on auto-redemption for that award, so if you have that number of points, they'll automatically send you a code for that on the first of each month, so you would get a code on April 1. To get a code now, you'd need to manually redeem Ultimate.
