    Trouble with Groove prepaid code

    Hello,

    I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards Points to get 3 months of Groove music and 1 month of Groove music a few months ago. I tried to redeem them today and it stated they were expired. Can I please get a refund of my points or get Xbox live instead. I know Microsoft
    is sending out emails to people who redeemed for Grooves passes, but I did mine a while ago so I might not get it. Here's a case number for more reference 1401577157

    I bought an XBOX/Groove Music Pass and haven’t redeemed it yet. I understand that I need to ask for a credit because it is no longer redeemable online.

    The staff here works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm and do not work weekends so you will not be getting this resolved today. Subsequently, I am not sure you are in the right place as Groove music is not part the Xbox Live Rewards Program. Are you sure you
    are not meaning to get a hold of the Microsoft Rewards Program?
