I redeemed my code on the wrong account

Caleb, I'm so sorry for what happened to you but I must be totally honest and tell you the reality, there is no way in which you or anyone in Customer Service can reverse that redemption or in any way transfer that content to another account as this is against Microsoft's Policies. Redemptions of money or content on an account are final.

I redeemed my vbucks card and when I put in the secondary code, I used the wrong Microsoft account

Unfortunately theres nothing that can be done about that once the code has been redeemed.

Nothing is transferable between accounts.

Is it possible to somehow undo my purchase and claim the game with the correct account?

I claimed it with a redeem code and happened to be logged in to the wrong account.

So if i get it right, the code that i redeemed for the season pass will show up as a purshase on my account? If so there must be something that went wrong. The code was accepted and showed no error. I even tried a second time and then it said that the code already was redeemed. So it means it was registered. And i never changed account, always use the same account.

If you've redeemed the code on the wrong account you will need to contact Customer Support to see if they can cancel it on the wrong account and issue you a code to redeem on the correct account.
