    I redeemed mvvip 1000 points for 2 x 10$ on May 5th still not credited.


    Hi.. I redeemed mvvip 1000 points for 2 x 10$ on May 5th. How long will it take to credit in my account? Both 15th and 30th passed. Other users have already received 5$ which they redeemed later than me.

    Since May 5th, 20,500 Rewards Redeemed for 20.5$ still not credited

    I have 20,500 reward points based on 1000 plus VVIP points. I redeemed for $10 x 2 reward credits. It's showing since May 5th. I waited for 15th May nothing happened and then 30th may also passed. STill showing in credits meter .

    Other member accounts have already received their rewards.

    Can u fix it pls?

    It's almost 15th so still haven't gotten my 20,500 Rewards converted.

    It's almost 15th last day for redemption of my points. My 20,500 points still not credited to my account. IT's has been going on since 5th MAY. Previously you guys didn't have problem redeeming points which were lower value.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is likely due to you having multiple Microsoft billable accounts for spending in the Arabian Emirates and US regions. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable
    account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    You must go to your Microsoft account, and see your payment form, I already received my money on May 30 and in Mexican currency I got 200MX.

    Some will have to wait until June 15. (according to the amount that was requested)
    I've been checking every day that's why I came for support. 5th May was when I redeemed the VIP points. SHould have received either on 15th or 30th as per MS. Now hoping this will come at least by 15th june.

    Actual gamerscore/Possible gamerscore.

    I think the percentage is for the actual achievements not there value in points. So you may have 10 achievements worth 1000 in total but each has a different points value . So you may have 7 Cheevos out of the 10 each worth 10 points. So your score would
    be 70 out of 1000 or 7% but your cheevo completion would be 70%

    Why is Microsoft/Xbox removing monthly rewards punch card and reducing points for completing tasks?

    Yes, and not only that, I turned off auto-redeem after making a purchase on 7/30/2023 but I'm still being auto-redeemed. So now instead of having $6.27 in credits that won't expire along with 23,000 points, I'm down to 5500 points and $26.27 in credits, with $10 expiring 10/30 and another $10 expiring 12/1.

    And yes, it's turned off...if I click through on the dashboard, I've got a button to "Sign up." So someone screwed up with the new dashboard or something.
