Please confirm the status of your Xbox game pass subscription if it is active by signing your account in account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

If you don't see any subscription active under your account, which means you might have redeemed your subscription on a different account. Check your other Microsoft accounts' order history.

it is active. but it says console game pass. does that mean it's only usable on an xbox?

I just redeemed my Microsoft points on a 12 month subscription for Xbox gold, when I tried to redeem the code it told my that it will convert it into 4 months of Xbox game pass, I don't want game pass I want gold, do I have to wait for my game pass to

Hi. I read your comment and it still doesn't help. The Peacock website is asking me to redeem a code from my Xbox Games Pass. I never received a code. I just got the QR code to open the website. So I cannot redeem something that I don't have.

I got myself into the same problem. This must be acknowledged by Microsoft as a design error on their part as well. How can my subscriptions be managed by a 3rd party without my knowledge. There should be a warning at the moment of using the redeem code. Or Microsoft should have the ability to cancel the subscription.

I don't have an account on EE/BT. I'm not in UK. How am I supposed to manage my subscription if all it took me was to redeem a game pass code.

I understand that I made the purchase on a "shady" website. But the code is provided by Microsoft and Game pass is a Microsoft product after all. There should be a way to remove it from my Microsoft account.
