    I redeemed a code for Age of Empire 4 PC through Microsoft (bought at Walmart) and then it never downloaded onto my computer (Dell Optiplex 7070). I have hit on every tab at Microsoft for help, it is not in my library there, or some random spot in my computer, and I am out forty dollars. What else can I do? Thanks.

    Make sure the code is definitely for the PC version and not the console version. If it is for the PC, try installing from the Xbox app.

    If this appeared when trying to redeem on the AOE website, you would have to contact the Age Of Empires support, as well the store where you purchase the code Andy. :/

    Because in order for you to redeem it with Microsoft, you would have to redeem it first on the AOE website. :/
