I redeemed an Xbox game code on the Xbox app on my pc and the game wont show up in my library.

Open the Xbox app on your PC and go to the Library tab, your owned games will show here.

You can also check this from the Microsoft Store app library, and see if the game shows in your order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

hello, the game was an xbox version and the xbox app recognised the game to be usable on my pc and i double checked my order history and the game is on there now, so i was just wondering if it was a visual bug as the game isnt released yet or if it wont work.

Please open the store app on your PC.

Go to my library.

it should be there to download again.

hello i had the same issue but on the opposite end i redeemed a code on the microsoft store on pc and cant play it on xbox

If you have redeemed the code under the same account you will find it at your games library
