What type of gift card was it? (Currency/Subscription)

Unfortunately, if the gift card is for Microsoft Currency you will not be able to transfer or refund. The funds will get attached to the account it was redeemed on.

I appreciate the opportunity that unfortunately, once a code is redeemed, it is not possible to redeem it again or transfer the content to a different Microsoft account.

However, if this gift card is an Xbox currency gift card. You can try gifting the desired content to your Microsoft account.

If you redeemed your rewards points for a Microsoft gift card or Xbox gift card, the balance should automatically be added to the account balance for the account that redeemed the points. They don't send you a code typically.
